To Glorify God By Loving One Another
So That People Come To Know Jesus Christ Personally And Grow Together In Him

Welcome!
We're glad you decided to visit our website.       Feel free to browse and find out more about who we are, what we believe and how you/your family can find a church home and faith family in Roseville.
This week marks the startup of children's and youth ministries.  Children from JK-Grade 5 are invited to come out Wednesday night for our Kids' Nite Out Kickoff with the Jack be Nimblebus, a school bus retrofitted to be an amazingly fun tumbling gym for kids.  We start at 6:30 and go 'till 7:45 this week and each Wednesday night through May 1st.  Tuesdays from 7-9 is our High School Youth Group and Thursdays is our Junior High Group for grades 6-8.  All are open to the public with no fees and no church attendance required.  We'd love to have you/your child join us.
We also are entering a group in the Terry Fox Run in Ayr next Sunday morning.  If you'd like to join our team or sponsor us just contact Pastor Randy for details. randym@rosevilleub.ca
You may have heard that our worship centre was damaged and needs to be repaired.  We are able to meet in our  fellowship hall and would love to have you join us this Sunday for our Worship Celebration at 10:30. We blend contemporary and traditional elements together in worship and have a warm, casual style.  If you're looking for a church home, we'd love to have you check us out.
Ministries, groups and events for children, youth, young adults, young families, men, women and seniors will start up soon for the fall and you/your family are welcome to join in.  For info, check the "Ministries" or "What's Happening" tabs or our Facebook page:  facebook.com/rosevilleub or email Pastor Randy randym@rosevilleub.ca

This Week's Message:

Troubles and Trials

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.  James 1:2-4

We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does not disappoint, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.  Romans 5:3-5

If anyone who belongs to Christ they are a new creation. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 2 Corinthians 5:17

You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here.  Mark 16:6 (spoken by an angel to the women in the empty tomb of Jesus on the first Easter morning)

…  know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”  Acts 4:10,12

(Jesus said) I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. John 10:28

But here is how God has shown his love for us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  John 3:16

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.  John 5:21

The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God,   Mark1:1

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.  2 Chronicles 7:14

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord   Acts 3:19
